Bob is a product of light and reflection at a decaying seawall. The wall is made of metal and it is heavily eroded. Bob’s white “eye” is a hole that gives a glimpse of brightly lit sand beyond the wall, and focuses sunlight through the hole. Bob’s gray nose and mouth are reflections of the sunlight in a pool of water at the base of the seawall.
So – did you guess right? Were you close? I don’t think I could guess this one.
